Secure Shield Security has consistently demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and adaptability to our evolving needs. Their team collaborates well with our leadership and understands the importance of security, access control, accountability, and timely communication in a dynamic environment.
A significant improvement this year was the development and implementation of an online portal. This tool gives our team real-time visibility of site attendance and boosts efficiency by reducing manual processes.
Secure Shield Security is receptive to feedback and works with us to find practical solutions as needs change. Their collaborative, service-oriented approach ensures effective security coverage and supports our broader operations.
Based on our experience since 2024, I recommend Secure Shield Security to organizations seeking a professional and responsive security provider, especially where operational coordination, site access management, and adaptability are key.
On behalf of Broadview Village, I would like to thank you and your entire team for the excellent service you have provided. Your flexibility, promptness, and kindness have been much appreciated.
My Executive Director is requesting the same supervisor who was on shift for our last large event. She was supervising the crew and we really enjoyed having her. If she is available for our upcoming event, we would like her to be part of the security team again. We would love to continue to have a strong partnership for all our upcoming events with Secure Shield Security.
It has been a great summer with Secure Shield providing parking security for the Elora Mill. Ali did a great job with our guests and non-guests; he managed traffic well, was well spoken, and was a great person to have on site. We would be pleased to have Secure Shield continue providing parking security for the Elora Mill and would like to book Ali again for future weekends.
